About VCN:

Victors Consultants Network (VCN)

This is our ultimate network platform for consultants. It creates a networking and sometimes a quasi-employment relationship between V&V and partners across the globe. Our business model is centred on creating platforms of independent consultants in our areas of concentration who are truly free to explore their expertise and clientele without the related challenges of administration and liscences - V&V will be here to assist you.

VCN members are advisors, independent consultants, members and affiliate consultancy organisations who provide solutions in Ideation and Change Management, Corporate Strategy Development and Management, ICTs and MIS Solutions, Business Development Services (BDS) for SMEs, and Coaching and Team building solutions.

V&V offers the most cost-effective way to acquiring and using licensed tools in the field of people and management development across the globe. To reduce the high initial costs of purchasing licences and rights for using various consultancy tools on the market, Victor and Victors MSL sources for these tools on behalf of a pool of affiliates and members who are individual consultants and companies in the Victors Consultancy Network (VCN). V&V becomes global partners and and works on accrediting VCN members in a cost effective manner. We are accredited in tools such as eStrat, Clarity4D, BIM-Mats, ABC, DanteFactor, ODCP, ODCC, GETAhead, SIYB, ILO-MMFW, DISC, SMI, etc. 

VCN Levels and benefits

VCN offers levels starting at Affiliate Level 1 and 2 to Member Agency Level and global business partner.

Individual consultants and agencies will have to

  • Attend VCN Accreditation Event
  • Demonstrate ability to use at least ONE consultancy tool/system marketed by V&V including

Organisational assessment tools; Training Needs Assessment (TNA) tools; Training methodology / tools; Personnel Assessment and Development Tools (PADT); Team Building Tools (TBT); Ideation Management Tools (IMT); Strategic Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation Tools (SPIET); Business Information System Tools (BIST)

Benefits include:

  • Attend VCN Accreditation Event
  • Limitless and free (no-royalties) use of accredited tools
  • 3 years VCN accreditation
  • Company listing on V&V web platforms
  • Consultancy/assignment opportunities across home country.

Individual consultants and agencies will have to

  • Achieve VCN1 accreditation
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to host at least ONE VCN Orientation Event
  • Providing VCN Level 1 hub information services and support to other Network members
  • Demonstration of successful application of at least ONE V&V marketed consultancy tool / system on at least TWO organisations or 40 individuals

Full Network Membership:

This level is reserved for consultancy Companies Only and applicants must demonstrate

  • VCN 2 accreditation
  • Conduct at least 02 VCN events
  • Training in V&V back office systems
  • Training in V&V virtual consultancy platform
  • Full accreditation in at least one V&V accredited tool

Base VCN Fees and Services

VCN Affiliate 1&2 Network Fees = £25 p.a. (min 3 years first instance)

VCN Member Network Fees = £50p.a. (min 3 years first instance)

Add-on Services - optional add-on services will be provided at subsidised fees for VCN members. These may include websites, business cards, shared/services offices, global telephone answering and call-centre forwarding to your mobile phones, accounting services, and other Business Support Services provided by our staff.

Assignment Placement Fees = ~£100 - £350 per day across Africa (payable to network members after delivery of syndicated assignments). Other expenses reimbursable upon prior agreements and after receipting
